The Pantry
Launched in partnership with Your Local Pantry in January 2021, The Pantry operates on a membership basis. Following a co-operative model, members pay a fee which enables them to purchase a number of items at a heavily subsidised rate.
Not only do members get to restock their groceries at affordable prices, but they can also stop for a chat with our friendly staff and volunteers. For many this is one of the few meaningful conversations they have in a day, and this interaction is a vital component of what The Pantry aims to provide.

Q&A
Can anyone use the pantry?
We are currently closed for new applications. When we are in a position to open up to new members, we will let you know via social media and through the other services at the centre.
How much does it cost?
Each member pays £5 per visit to the pantry and will receive 10 items of varying value from our grocery store
I have mobility issues, will I be able to access the pantry?
Yes. We have a ground floor shop front which is accessible by wheelchair. Someone will be able to assist you to access the items you need.
How often can I visit?
You are welcome to purchase items from The Pantry once a week. We ask you to make use of it at least once a month to make sure we are prioritising membership for the households who need it most.
